I have been on here for a while now but not really used the forums that much and only just stumbled over the UK threads.

I live in the West Midlands, trying to lose some weight, not a huge amount about 1-2 stone.

I am very much into fitness, do some quite hardcore workouts, I love HIIT ttraining, kettlebells and circuits, at the gym 6am at the moment as it drives me mad in the evening...way too busy. I used to do a lot of classes but knocked them on the head for now at least....

I love lifting weight, just started the 5x5 stronglift programme for the next 12 weeks (First day today - which was a bit weird doing squats with only the bar 5 reps only, and kept getting carried away, but I know it will get much much harder!!!)

    Hi :smile: I only found the UK forum a little while ago, I only walk my dog because i've had a stroke and my balance is poor. Good luck with your weight loss :smile: xx
