Changing up my workout

Hi everyone! For the past several months, I have been doing Leslie's 3 Mega Miles first thing in the morning, and have enjoyed it - especially the stretch band parts. Today, I thought would try the Walking to the HITS Radio Remix...and LOVED it!!! It is a great change of pace, the music is upbeat and easy to move to, and she has more people walking with her. I have had knee problems for years, and she keeps reassuring that at any point during the workout, you can modify the exercises to what works best for you. To my surprise, I was able to do all of the moves, except for the jumps (I just did a light bounce instead). I highly recommend this workout, especially if you are looking for a way to change up your workouts! Two thumbs up from me!!!! :-)

    I tried Radio Remix once so far and liked it too. I love the big groups of exercisers with her. It feels more energetic to me and makes the workout go by faster.
