In case you wondered.... Dam to Dam is an official half marathon this year. The course has also changed apparently des moines didnt like them shutting down so many roads all day.

    I am doing the Color Run in July, but walking not running. I'm too old and beat up. :drinker:

    Training isn't going well I was already short on training time 10 weeks down from a 12 week program....Then I lost another 2.5 weeks to bronchitis....

    No matter though, I have 8 mile run this weekend and I think I can get to 10 mile long run the weekend before the race.
