I'd like to know
if anyone has trouble spots on your body and what you are doing to address them!

My thighs have always been a problem. Even before I was a teenager. I didn't wear pants/didn't own jeans for a good portion of my life (skirts and dresses always!) lol and the weight just never seems to come off them!! Honestly, now that I'm 23 and actually learning to love my body my thighs have become something I'm more proud of, especially as my waist gets smaller and I feel more like a woman. Right now I'm beginning the new rules of lifting for women and hoping to just make them more muscular so that at least they're not flabby and big, they're firm!0

Hey girlie,
Just saw your post. Most women have that problem area. I have learned with proper water intake, a good amount of HIIT Cardio and good Nutrition, that area can become your favorite area. It take a good amount of concentration on your work out routine, but like anything, time and dedication will prevail!0
