This week is so far, so good. One thing of note happened though, we ate out for lunch yesterday at a restaurant and I was very good and had the caesar salad (and maybe a couple of my husband's french fries). Has anyone ever eaten a hamburger and fries at fast food and just felt like crap afterwards? Well, it wasn't that extreme but I could tell that I ate WAY more calories than I usually do and had mild "I feel like crap" feelings in my stomach. I HAD THE SALAD! That wasn't supposed to happen! How can one go out to eat, get the lowest caloric food on the menu and still feel like crap and feel like they've eaten too much?!? I mean, I know I had a couple of french fries - could 10 fries really do all of that? That was a little discouraging.
Does anyone else experience this?

How is everyone else doing today?

    Hi
Maybe you felt guilty about eating the french fries and thats why you got the feeling.
We have not being out yet since ive started MFP but we did get a mexican takeaway the other day so i was googleing what would be best to order. I think we just need to accept that its fine to have a treat every now and then.
I am feeling good today 9lb lost and i only started my journey 2 weeks ago. X

Maybe the Caesar was not the best choice because the dressing has so much fat? The other night I ate chips and I felt so awful! I was still in my calories but it seems like I wasn't feeling well because I had more fat then regularly.
