New Group.....

What's up Fit Chics,


Our group started as a few local ladies (Memphis-Metro area) deciding to make lasting changes towards improving our mind, bodies, and souls! Mainly our bodies...lol....

We met and decided to use Myfitnesspal.com as our calorie counter and diet & exercise journal (WHY NOT, IT'S FREE!!).
We decided to weight in and track measurements biweekly.

At our first meeting, our "Biggest Loser" MACLINPELLY lost a WHOPPING TWELVE POUNDS!!!! We all lost pounds and inches while gaining self confidence, discipline, and knowledge of how to maintain a healthier lifestyle!!

I decided to start a group so that we could see what other FIT CHICS are doing to achieve and maintain healthier lifestyles while juggling a healthy work and life balance........
