Level 2 Day 18

Another one down! Today's workout was much better...but I blew it all on potato chips and dinner at a friend's lol But tomorrow's a new day and we are so much closer to Level 3! I was encouraged to hear that most of the inches come off in that final level (thanks for posting that!!) Hope you all have a great night :)

    Hahaha, I've totally been pigging out this week too. But I still managed to drop a pound! Maybe it's our metabolisms revving up with all our new muscles. We'll just have to be careful not to make a habit of it. ;)

    Just finished Day 18. I'm almost getting the V's lol Awesome news about the inches in level 3. My appetite has gone crazy the last 3 days so I'm up 4 from 2 weeks ago and can't shake it off. I'm even doing other cardio exercises and sometimes do L1 later in the day after I finish L2. Trying not to let it discourage me though :grumble:

    ...and eep223, I really do hope its our new bulging muscles making us eat. Kinda scared to weigh in!

    OMG, guys!! I am SO happy to hear that you all have been chowing down this week too! My weight went up 1kg (about 2 lbs) overnight! Was feeling a bit gutted when doing my day 20 weigh-in, but now... Not so much. Thank goodness for all of my 30DS buddies. I would really be so discouraged & upset without you!
    Finish strong, guys! I think the numbers will take care of themselves. xxxx
