Good morning all! I have unfortunately fallen off the wagon these last two days. Both Monday and Tuesday I was over my calorie in-take (for the first time since I joined MFP 28 days ago), and lo and behold I have gained 1 pound since Sunday. But, I still have 5 days left in the week to be able to have a good week, right? I'm determined to get back on the wagon and do well eating, starting today.
How is everyone else doing? Anyone experiencing any challenges themselves this week?
