Good Morning! How is everyone doing? I got a good workout in yesterday... 10 miles out of the way already! I still need to finish watching the last episode... I'm super impressed with how good everyone looks. The girls are right around my weight now! Goes to show how motivational this show can be for everyone on the weight loss journey.0

Aprilstar, today i did 4.6 miles on treadmill and than a circuit weight class for an hour. I havent gone to that website yet so i dont know how to convert the circuit class. Lets win this challenge!0
