How do you log?

What cardiovascular category do you log your workout under. I was doing aerobics, high impact but put in kickboxing and saw that it says (includes Turbo Jam). I don't want to log something and throw my calories off. TIA!

    I was struggling with the same thing but I found this website that detailed the average Calorie Burn for TurboFire.

    Now if you'd like to be 100% accurate you'd need to get a Heart rate that displays your calories burned. I've read the ones with the chest strap are the most accurate.

    But me, I just input those numbers from the site into My Excercise Custom section and just select as needed.
