Still dying from the walking lunge/air squat workout today. Vowed that I was going to do the WOD today no matter what.
Today's WOD.

2 Back Squats. Heavy
Cash out.

Yikes. EMOTM for 20 mins?? That's a lot of heavy squats.
I'm surprised your box posts the day's WOD in the morning - ours doesn't get posted online until after the last session of the day. I know there'd be days (like today) where if I knew what the WOD was before I got to the box, I would probably dread going...
Actually there was one guy when we did "Karen" (150 wall balls for time) a couple months back who walked in, saw the workout, and walked straight back out. We all paid him out the next day when he fessed up, but I guess they try to avoid that by posting the WODs in the evening :P0 -
Ouch!
It's a good kind of pain though, right? I hurt for 3 days after doing air squats and muscle ups on Monday. Quads, hamstrings and traps.
