Week 8: How are things going?

I'm not the right person to ask. :grumble:

I seem to be on a holding pattern weight-wise, so I am just keeping on and adding more strength into my training program because I know it is time. I'm trying not to worry about the scale as it is only one factor in gaining a healthy body. I am persevering because I'm making a lifestyle change. :wink:

    Hi! I've been away from the group for awhile. One factor is that the motherboard in my computer crashed and I am waiting for repairs. The other thing is that after quitting my dead-end job, which was a momentary relief, I have been fighting the blues with food and no exercise. I think I am done fighting the blues with food and will be able to eat within my calorie goals. But I still don't know when I will get back on an exercise routine. It also doesn't help that it is way cold outside. But I'm hanging in there! I will be thinking about my mini-goals for this week. This group was a great idea and I am going to persevere and achieve my goal by March 1.
