Today I'm a little discouraged, as I have gained .4 pounds since Monday. I always strive to lose 1 pound each Monday, so I have 3 more days to reach my goal this week!
I do have a small victory to celebrate today though, my work has a "tailgating" potluck going on today, but I still brought my own lunch and snacks, and I'm steering clear of the break room today!
How is everyone else's day going? Anyone have any strategies for overcoming Superbowl Sunday? (Go Seahawks!)

Don't be discouraged! When you weigh every day your water retention can make all of the difference.
My day's pretty good, although I didn't get to exercise much. That REALLY sucks because I know I will eat a lot tonight. Well, maybe more like drink. I am trying to decide if I should go and not enjoy myself with a few drinks, stay home, or just accept that ill go over. What would you guys do?0 -
I would go and enjoy yourself. We all have to have a day off every now and then. What dud you do in the end? X0
