Level 3 Day 4!

Just completed Day 4 and like the other ladies have mentioned, this might be my favorite level. Challenging and makes me sweat so hard but i look forward to pressing play each day!

Also on another note... today i really wasnt feeling good- either coming down with something or my allergies are kicking because of construction in my apt. When i woke up this morning the little lazy couch potato on one shoulder was like you should take a break, rest today and dont do it... you'll be fine blah blah...

then I thought of you guys, and our group and how i feel not only committed to this program and my own wellbeing/health but also i feel committed to you all. So thank you for helping me get that extra boost.

Funny thing is it unstuffed my nose!!

Great job, you do the workouts before me each day. I read that you've done them in my newsfeed and I walk over and press play as well. THANKS back atcha!

Awh ladies! Today was an epic fail. I did not get my workout in, and, I ate 1100 calories OVER. Totally not worth it. Blehk. I thought it'd be this nice cheat day. Nope, sure wasn't. I'll catch up tomorrow! Awesome job Cali for keeping this going!!!

THIS!!! I felt icky after the game last night. It was "nice" though. Glad I'm finally getting to a point where my body really doesn't want all that junk!! I'm still going to stay on course for RI30. I'll be a day behind with 30ds, but I will start ri30 the same day. So I'll do 2 workouts that day :) My goal this week. MORE water. MORE potassium, LESS sodium, stay under calories, and workout every day!

I'm a day behind you guys, but going strong! Today felt slightly easier than the first couple days for me at this level. I felt like I was destroyed, but not actually dying and the end of the third circuit. I can't believe my body is capable of handling this workout, but it's amazing what you can adapt to when you push yourself! Jillian knows her stuff!!

My legs still feel like jello during and after this workout. I'm not managing all the reps of many (most?) of the exercises, but I'm focusing on good form and going slow. I'm doing all I feel like I can, and then a couple more. I feel like I can look forward to being a super hero by the end of this level!

AND, despite eating over my calorie goal for much of this week (including yesterday), I stepped on the scale this morning two pounds lighter than yesterday. I am beyond excited that this workout has finally gotten me over the weight loss plateau I had hit, and I'm really excited to keep up the hard work. The results make it all worth it, and I can do just about anything for only 25 minutes a day. My Ripped in 20 dvd arrives in the mail tomorrow!

Day 4 was just awful for me. I had planned to do it this morning, but it just wouldn't work.. SO I just got it done. After dinner/dessert. And it sucked. LOL. I feel better for getting it over with though!!!

Does anyone have an alternate idea for supermans?? They make me feel sick.

ETA:Eep, great job on the loss!!!:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

Thanks, jbuc! For the supermans, maybe try alternating lifting your arms and your legs and see if that helps.

I'm done with Day 4 now. I didn't have as much oomph in me as yesterday. It may be time for a rest day soon. I'm feeling soreness in my lower abs/hips area, and my upper abs/lower ribs feel like somebody punched me. Muscles I didn't even know I had! My shoulders are looking more defined, too.

Planks and Dorsal Raise (no idea what that is)

I literally LOL at that. I have no idea what a dorsal raise is either. LOL. I tried doing the alternating superman. (1 arm/leg) and then doing a few regular supermans. Seemed to help. Well, I think the whole working out in the morning and not after dinner/skipping a day/ eating crap on superbowl helped too :)

I'm not feeling the lower abs (I wish I would..evil belly area!) but I definitely agree on the upper abs/ribs. They feel bruised!! I think it's going to be worth it though lol ;)

Did Day 4 this AM and I have to say a complete sweaty mess. The last ab exercise was forever nixed for bicycles, at least I feel those lol I actually kicked off my sneakers to do Scissors - my legs still felt like lead. Doing them barefoot felt 20 pounds lighter.

SET BACK: Hubs was home and it was the first workout he's ever seen me do, as I needed help with the baby during the walking planks, row and traveling pushups. He kept mocking everything, which I thought was directed at me, so I got discouraged and lazy. Later he admitted he was making fun of the workout b/c its cheesy listening to. (I guess it would be weird to sit and watch three women workout and listen to that awful music and Jillian's schpeil if you aren't into it) IDK, I think I'm gonna do it again later. I only gave 50% heart today. I feel like I'm only cheating myself if I don't try harder. IDK, we'll see!

Tomorrow is my halfway point! So jealous of you guys ahead of me! I'll be there soon!

PS Does anyone laugh during the supermans when Jillian says we should have a sixpack by now? Ok, sure! LMBO!
