anyone tried a detox cleanse?

Has anyone ever tried a detox cleanse? I found one on the Dr. Oz website from a few months back and thinking about doing it. It's only a 3 day cleanse and I know you can do some for a lot longer. Let me know if you've tried one and how it worked or didn't work for you. Would love some input before I decide to do one or not. :)

    Would LOVE to do a cleanse....do you have the link for the Dr. Oz cleanse?

    I've been throwing the idea around for a while now. I just need to do it and stop thinking about doing it.

    I just did a 21 day detox using Clearvite and following their plan. Approved by my doctor. Am feeling much better and lost 10 pounds.
