  • Oats are very healthy and they helps us loose weight especially they make our tummy flat.

    my favourite oats recipie is oats yogurt drink.It so delicious and i love it. give it a try

    ingredients:-

    oats (cooked or soaked overnight in fridge) - 1/2 cup
    chia seeds - 1tbsp
    2 tbsp greek yogurt or any yogurt
    pinch of salt
    cayenne pepper

    blend them all together by adding 1 cup of water and enjoy....
