Swans unite!

I am rededicating myself to incorporating barre and ballet stretches into my daily routine as well as following Marys advice on posture (think of the swan) ...any tricks people can provide are welcome... My new one is 15 minutes of yoga sun salutation in the morning, making sure i get my 10000 steps in, and 30 minutes of barre 3 every evening... I am doing a100 day commitmentif anyone wants to join me.
