What are you're goals???

I have a few goals that I want to achieve or maintain this year.
1. I am going to work towards a healthier weight for me, I would like to lose at least 20 pounds more. I could probably stand to lose more than that but I figure set a shorter goal than make another once I accomplish that one.
2. I am going to participate in the Torch Run 5k again this year to raise money for the Local Special Olympics. I was a little unprepared last year and look forward to beating my personal time.
3. Remain alcohol free. I have 2 years sobriety so far and look forward to reaching that 3 year mark.
4. I quit smoking 3 weeks ago and want to keep that going throughout the rest of the year.
5. I haven't had coffee, energy drinks or soda in over 2 weeks.

I look forward to achieving each of these goals and helping to motivate you all towards achieving each of yours.

    To be more active and eat healthier.

    I want to do a 5k.

    My goal is to lose about 50 pounds, but, like you I will be happy to lose 20. Then we'll see from there. I do know that just in this short time since I started getting more active, that I feel waaaaay better.

    Well, I'm starting over. I gained everything back plus 10#. :(

    I'm walking and going to try a 30 day abs challenge. (Found an app)
