Remember-we are all individuals! Do not measure your successes against another individual. All of our bodies respond to weight loss differently. The key is motivation and consistency which can be hard in the winter months. Remember-we didn't gain weight overnight and it will not come off overnight. Stay with it! Try not to be obsessed with the scale. My recommendation is to put the focus on inches lost as you will typically see those decrease before you see the scale move. Remember-stay focused and we will reach our goals. More importantly-ALWAYS love yourself!!!
