This is simply astonishing to watch. The video runs for 4:30 because it takes 30 seconds to get up to 15.1 miles per hour.

Anthony Famiglietti is a two-time steeplechase Olympian (2004 and 2008) who lives in my town and still has speed to burn. I've been in a couple of 5Ks with him and it's amazing to watch him shred the competition. He has run a 13:45 5K recently and his PR is 13:11.

Wow. What a YMCA! Mine is a city Y. There are three treadmills, and at least two are usually broken at any time. We have no ellipticals. No stairclimbers. No view. The freeweights -- a rather rag tag collection of plates -- are in the basement.
I couldn't help but notice.
Oh yeah. The running. How do you even stay on a treadmill when you are going that fast?0 -
Seriously. I'm not a member of the local Y because it is too expensive...$66 a month! But it's a very nice facility!0
