Paleo/Primal Diet Resources!

Hey PCOS Warriors! Some of you may be new to the paleo/primal diets, so I wanted to provide you with a few resources that should help you along your journey!

Websites:

2. Robb Wolf's Website: Robb's website is filled with a ton of information about the paleo diet. His podcasts are excellent and keeps you current! http://robbwolf.com/

Books:

1. Practical Paleo by Diane Sanfilippo - I consider this book the basics. I recommend that everyone read this book when starting out, it has been a godsend. Not only does Diane teach you the basics, but she also provides customized 30-Day Meal Plans.

2. The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf - Once you've gotten down the basics, I suggest you read the Paleo Solution. It's for folks who want to dig a bit deeper and understand why the paleo diet works. For me personally, I saw the results, but I wanted to understand exactly how it works in the body. If you're a bit of a geek for this stuff, you'll love this book!
