Pink Team First Challenge

Ok everyone, so this is just a shot in the dark (primarily to pacify, I suppose. Lol )

Now, I think weight loss is both emotional AND physical. Feel free to disagree, after all we're all after the same goal so we can share thoughts and experience to help each other. :)

I don't like challenges that require someone to be able to do x amount of a certain exercise, because some people just can't do it and get discouraged, for example as a woman, I find jumping jacks EXTREMELY unpleasant and painful (ladies, I'm sure you can relate :))

So! The challenge I would like to recommend is for the remainder of this week, stick to your plan, be it P90, walking, running, heck even just yoga if that's what you prefer, but stick to it daily, for the next 5 days until our next weigh in. :) During this time, keep only POSITIVE thoughts with you, about yourself, about your fellow team members, remembering the whole time that we are all after the same goal: a healthier us.

Also, I'm thinking about starting a weekly goals thread? Where we can share our goals for the week, and if others have accomplished said goals, perhaps they'd share their experience. :) And then at the end of the week, kinda do an overview? Thoughts on this?

    I like this. My goal is to get with it on consistent exercise. Can't get that under control now. Always finding an excuse to not start or finish early. I need to change this mindset but it has been a struggle all this year.
