Adding P90X3 to Exercise in Profile.

I am new to myfitnesspal and was wondering if/how to add the P90X3 workouts to the Exercise tracker. What have other people been doing to log their workouts on this site? I am doing Plan F, but am having trouble entering the exact number for calories, fat, carbs, protein on this food tracker on this site. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

I was wondering about adding exercises myself, but Butrovich showed me the way:
Log your exercises as CARDIO so you can input calories. STRENGTH TRAINING does not allow you to do that.
Go to EXERCISE. ADD EXERCISE. If you don't see one you have already created, then SEARCH, then after you hit the search button you will see the option to ADD AN EXERCISE TO THE DATABASE. This is where you can name it whatever you like The next time you do that particular exercise, you will see it listed. Message me if you need more help.
For the nutrition, are you talking about adding the exact goals? I had to go in and adjust my daily goals for fat/protein/carbs according to the nutrition plan because what the site recommended was a bit off. You just go to "My Home", then "Goals", then "Change Goals", and choose the "Custom" option. On that page, you can change your individual nutritional goals.0
