NSV--I shoveled the driveway!

This may not seem like a big deal to anybody else, but it was to me! We have a long driveway, and on trash day we have to have it clear for the pickup. My husband shoveled half of it early in the morning, but said it was so cold he was going to do the rest later in the day. He had the day off due to weather. Shoveling has always been his job. He said the snow was so heavy that he was worried about straining his back if he kept going right then.
Well, the youngest kid's naptime came around, my husband was going to do a science lesson with the other kids. Normally I do a LS workout during naptime, but this time I decided I was going to go out and clear off the remaining 2/3 of the driveway, and get my cardio in that way! It took me 45 minutes but I felt GREAT. I wouldn't have been able to do this before losing 12 pounds and getting my endurance up with WATP. My husband was so surprised and pleased! Now I'm almost looking forward to more snow this winter.

That is great! And it is a big deal. I live in Florida now, but I am from Pennsylvania, and I remember well shoveling snow and the effort it takes! :drinker:0
