Good morning!

So this kind of stinks, but I started taking a medication that caused me to gain weight and retain water last time I was on it. I rarely take meds but I tried every herb and remedy I could get my hands on. Anyway, the good news is it is working (I'm producing more milk for my son) but the downside is I gained almost 1.5 pounds since Tuesday. Oh well, I'm sure it's just water and milk and I'd rather be a bit up than not have enough supply. Here's hoping I do not gain a lot while on it this time.

Week 1 - 175.2
Week 2 - 174.6
Week 3 - 175.0
Week 4 - 173.4
Week 5 - 173.0
Week 6 - 172.4
Week 7 - 173.2

Down 2 pounds from start of challenge.

    Aw hang in there Care! That's not a crazy gain and it's definitely for a good reason. Don't people burn more calories breastfeeding, too?

    My SW: 170 / Goal: 155
    Last week: 165.4
    This week: 165 / Minutes: 132 (before today's workout so I will most likely reach 150)

    Not a huge loss but happy to see the scale dropping steadily after the few weeks of the year had me stalling. Hope everyone else has a great week!

    Finally a loss of 1.4 lbs this week. I made it to the gym three times this week with only doing the treadmill, exercise bike, and a little bit of yoga something finally worked to make me lose again. I meet with one of the trainers this week so hopefully I can start using more equipment at the gym and have an even better week this week.

    Happy Saturday everyone! Checking in again. This week has been very laid back. I have not exercised at all this week because I want to give my body a rest. I had been going hard for 7 months straight...no breaks. It was well deserved. I have decided to take my workouts from 5 days a week down to just 2-3 since I am nearing maintenance weight. I have also decided to lose an extra 4-5 lbs to help in the maintenance process. Here are my stats:

    Sw--142 lbs
    Wk 1-140 lbs
    Wk 2-137 lbs
    Wk 3-135 lbs
    Wk 4-133 lbs
    Wk 5-133 lbs
    Wk 6-131 lbs
    Wk 7-128.6 lbs

    Total loss this wk: -2.4 lbs
    Total challenge loss: -13.4 lbs

    Surprisingly, I still had a good loss this wk with just sticking to my healthy eating habits and drinking at least 8 cups of water per day. I did enjoy the rest as well. Have a great weekend and Happy Valentines to everyone! See you in the next weigh in. ;-)

    I am away at a work conference and will not be able to weigh in until Monday. Eating way too much these last couple of days and a bit scared for the results! Logging has gone to hell, but I will get back on track Monday.

    After some serious calculations and averaging my daily burns from my fitbit, I upped my calories this week. In addition, I am struggling to stay motivated with nutrition, but I am fighting as best I can. I worked 4 12-hr days this week and am looking forward to having a "normal" week ahead. Ignore my diary for the last 10+ days - I promise the old Jen is coming back to kill my final 15.

    SW: 169.8
    Week 1: 172.8 and 168 exercise minutes
    Week 2: 172.4 and 185 exercise minutes
    Week 3: 169.8 and 250 exercise minutes
    Week 4: 167.8 and 281 exercise minutes
    Week 5: 166.4 and 224 exercise minutes
    Week 6: 168.4 and 187 exercise minutes (well, that sucks!)
    Week 6: 168 and 225 exercise minutes (working out is never a problem for me)

    Total lost: 1.8

    It will come down Jen. Like me it's water weight, but you've switched up your programs too and for me that always has me hold water.

    Thanks. I know right now it's water weight, but this stuff makes me crazy hungry. It is for people with stomach problems so it moves food out of the body very fast, so your tummy isn't full long. I just don't want to wind up gaining a lot like the last time I took it. I'm going to try not to worry about it. My son's health is my number 1 priority.

    Breastfeeding does burn a lot of calories, but I seem to be one of those women who hold onto their fat stores. Maybe because I have such supply issues.

    Ugh, I'm sucking at this challenge. Going to try to get back on track today/tomorrow. I've been sidelined this past week as I badly bruised my knee at pond hockey. The inflammation is slowly going down, but it's still very stiff. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to exercising soon: I really miss it!
