So its done. Caput... Finito!
Day 10 of level 3 is in the books. 30DS is complete!!!
I'm so excited to welcome you all at the finish line. I've seen so many NSV with this program and tomorrow I'll post some pics and measurements.
What an accomplishment to finish any challenge, but for 30 days we committed to pushing play and listening to Jillian.
Thank you for being a big accountability factor to me.

So here's my results. And either I measured wrong on day 20, or I've gotten bigger... Which is depressing. LOL

Natural Waist

Butt/Hips

Thigh (one only)

Bicep (one only)
10.75"--10.625 Change = -.125" This is definitely more muscle though, I can actually SEE it now!

Great results too...and I agree on the bicep. While I didn't take measurements, I defnintely can see some baby muscles popping out and my shoulders have definition woohoo!!0 -

We did it!!! I'm done!!!!!!
Here are my results:
DAY 1 -> DAY 30
Bust: 38 -> 36 (-2")
Underbust: 35 ->32 (-3")
Natural Waist: 32 ->30 (-2")
Belly Button: 34.5 ->31.75 (-2.75")
Hips: 38 -> 36.5 (-1.5")
Booty: 41 ->40.5 (-0.5")
Arms and Legs: -> no change (I should have measured a different part!)
Weight Loss: 158.5 -> 156.5 (2 lbs)
Wow, typing it out it does seem like major progress! I have so completely learned not to pay attention to the scale. Over the course of this thing, I went up into the low 160s, dropped down to 155, and as of yesterday was at 159! Those inches don't lie though. And the best NSV of all is that I now fit into most of my old clothes again, which was the tipping point that set me off on this weight loss journey to begin with. It's been nearly a year, and I'm finally starting to feel like myself again (with bigger muscles!)
I'm so proud of myself. I had had it for most of this week, but I stuck with it and kept losing inches! This is motivation to continue with Ripped in 30, but I do think that I will take a bit of a break from this type of exercise first. For anyone still plugging away, keep at it! You're nearly there!! We are so tough!0 -

Weight - 2.5kg, -5.5lbs
Neck +0.8cm, +0.3"
Arms -3cm, -1.2"
Waist -5cm, -2"
Hips -4.1cm, -1.6"
My neck is definitely getting bigger... Oh well.

This morning when I weighed, I was back down to 155 lbs, so I guess that means my total weight loss was actually 3.5 lbs. I'm so thrilled by these results, I may jump back into RI30 sooner than I had planned!0 -
