water weight, I upped my cardio from 1x a week to 7 times a week... need to burn away about 5-7 kgs to reach the 14% bodyfat mark. but because of the excercise I am retaining water... I'm not going to make 100 kg by the end of this month.. but I don't mind because I did gain a lot of muscle!
and I'm sure I'll reach the 14% bodyfat mark before the summer0 -
