P90X3 30 days results :)

I decided that we're all here for the same reason, to lose weight and get in better shape. We all have to start somewhere.. so here are my before and afters. Before first and then after the 30 days.

Lost inches:
Chest: -1.5
Waist: -1
Hips:-1
Right/Left thigh: -5
Right/Left Arm: -5
Weight is the same, but I'm good with that. All in all, I lost 7.5 inches.

I'm pretty happy with my progress. It's a slow process and I know the weight won't fall off over night.
