Hi everyone,
I've been looking through everyone's goals and it's really exciting to see a lot of is with similar weights and reasons for losing.
We can all do this by the summer. 20lbs is a realistic goal but every week from now will count, and every day within that week.
Stay accountable, track as closely as you can. And lose any guilt. Don't let guilt or the scales affect your current motivation. We can all do this!

This is a great idea for a group so thanks for setting it up :-) I am throwing myself into this with a determination to lose these last 20 lbs! I'm hoping it will be a great motivation cos we all have similar amounts to lose. We can definitely do this!0

I really like being able to compare with people of the same height, it's very motivating! Good luck to everyone! Keep at it!!0

Good point. Sometimes it takes awhile for the scale to budge, even with changes.0

I am very excited to see my body changing! I know we can all stick with it until the summer to see great improvements in our health0

The hardest weeks will be when you're good as gold all week but the weight just doesn't budge. I think I'm having one of those weeks, probably because I lost 5lbs in a fairly short amount of time (ten days). I just need to lose 1.5lbs a week to get to 140 by June. Come on body, WAKE UP!
