I tend to bite my nails more often when I study. Is there any one else like that?

    Yup I bite my nails and i pull at my hair. I try paint my nails and wear a hat. It doesn't always work but its worth a shot!

    I stress and binge eat pizza, lol. On the bright side my nails are fine, though on the down side I'm a guy so I don't pay attention to them anyway :D
