Ingredients:

- 6oz of skinless chicken breast
- 110g of onion
- 2.8g of garlic
- 4 tbsp of parsley
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- paper and salt as your preference or any spices
- 1 tbsp of vinegar
- 1 cup of water

How to make?

- Wash your chicken breast with water. make a deep cuts in it without cutting it to pieces! mix the vinegar, parsley, garlic, salt, paper, and or any spices like curry together then fill those cuts you made into the chicken!
