I wanted to find a direction to recommend people to best use this app. What I am posting today is a Clean-up Detox. The purpose of this Detox is to reset the body function optimally, intake more nutrition from the food you eat. Basically the theme here is efficiency. Weather your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, or feel better. This is the first stage of that process. "GET THE JUNK OUT".:smile:

Below is a food list of all the recommended foods to be successful in this detox. You will find that it is very easy and often sustainable. For the first 2 weeks you will create you meal planning using only the foods on the list. The Second phase involves supplementation that I will post about later. Right now the main focus is to get the appropriate food and get into a routine that works for you.
