For you that are using the "Walk it off in 30 days" video, how are you logging your firm 30 days? Circuit training?

I agree with RisingAbove = strength training
Circuit training is actually a combination of cardio & strength......if you like circuit training, there are a couple of Leslie DVDs that fit the bill.
Walk Away the Pounds - Walk Strong. This one is really good. It alternates walking (4-5 minutes) with upper & lower body strength training.....well designed because the combo of upper & lower keeps my heart rate up the whole time.
Walk Away the Pounds - Walk Strong Express. This one uses a stretchie band instead of weights (you could sub weights though). I think this one is a little less challenging than the workout above.0
