Hi Ladies -

I'll be 5 months postpartum on the 17th. I am also breastfeeding exclusively. My weight did not magically drop off like everyone says. I started Jamie Eason's Livefit Trainer 6 weeks ago and I'm having great success. I was going to post some progress pics, but this site is a PITA for pictures. The only thing I'm doing differently is not following the Phase 2 & 3 diets. I'm sticking with Phase 1 diet. The Phase 2 & 3 limit carbs and carb cycle. Since I'm still EBF, I didn't think that would be wise. I also eat when I'm hungry but I keep it clean.

I just wanted to share the knowledge with other moms that were trying to lose baby weight. I gained 50 lbs during my pregnancy!

    Great job! I plan on starting one of her programs soon. Lifting has also benefited me in many ways post pregnancy.
