Hi- Just found this group but I've been doing MFP for a while and I'm starting week 5 of P90X3. So excited to align the two things I use most! I'm loving P90X3 - it's been very easy to stick with. I tried P90X in the past but to commit to an hour+ per day is just too much. Although there are some workouts I don't feel are long enough on X3!

A little about me. I'm a stay at home mom(for now). I have three kids, ages 9,7, and 4. I lost about 20 pounds last summer but I still have about 30-40 to go. I'm hoping to lose the next 20 (or at least look like I have) by summer.

Since I finished my first 30 days of P90X3, I know I'm toning up and seeing some changes, but almost nothing I could track with measurements. This is also the first week I'm starting to lose some weight- finally! I was being very good the first week or two with my diet and getting more protein in, but I started putting weight on. So I added some cardio, cut back on my calories a bit and I'm not as protein focused.

That's about it about me! So glad to have found a group here! I use the app on my ipad, so I think I'll have to actually come to the website to access this. hmm.... I'll have to check it out!

    Welcome to the group! I am only on week 2 having just had 3 surgeries in Dec. I have found where I will need to watch myself to NOT over push myself & all the work the docs have done! I wish you the best at dedicating your time to staying healthy!

    Hey welcome to the group! And congrats on what you've lost so far and sticking with the program! I love it, it's hard, but everytime I complete a workout, it's so empowering for me.
