I'm a strange person, I can and have ate the same meal everyday for breakfast, lunch, am and pm snacks, with the exception of dinner. But then I have only a few things I chose to eat then. So, what are some of your favorite recipes, if the include supplements, shakeology or none of this, lets share.

Morning coffee meal:
1c almond milk
1scp of vanilla whey
1 tbsp of folgers crystals

Mix all three in magic bullet and drink.

I have a set of recipes I tend to make 4-5 servings over the weekend and store them in the freezer to make my weekly meals easy.

I cook my own chili, shrimp creole, chicken and rice stir fry, and butternut squash and apple soup. You can probably find a good recipe on Food Network and tailor it to be healthy and low in fat/sodium.

  • I am am so boring. I eat the same stuff over and over again! I'd love some new recipes to try too. Any great cooks in the group??? :)

I do LOVE my Shakeology. I keep it simple...chocolate with pb and cinnamon blended with ice and water. YUMMY!!!!

Here is a quick chili recipe that makes 5 servings for me:

    40oz 96% lean ground beef
2 15oz cans of Bush's Reduced Sodium Kidney Beans
1 28oz can of diced tomatoes
    16oz Tomato juice
    1 onion, chopped
    2 packets McCormick Chili seasoning
    Salt and pepper to season

Cook ground beef until brown and drain fat. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil for 5 minutes, then lower the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.

Very easy recipe. I store the leftovers in plastic containers and throw them in the freezer for later in the week. The nutrition is (roughly):

    Calories 557
    Carbs 55g
    Fat 11g
    Protein 56g
