    Unfortunately my father is in the hospital recovering from a major emergency surgery. The result is that I have been very stressed and we have had to eat out more than is typical for the last week. I am staying within calories and keeping up with exercise but with all that is on my plate I am not going to stress out about being up a a quarter of a pound. :indifferent:

    Not sure if I still weigh under 160 today... I have a feeling I'm going to be fluctuating over the next week. But it still feels GREAT to have seen the number on the scale at all!
