Unfortunately my father is in the hospital recovering from a major emergency surgery. The result is that I have been very stressed and we have had to eat out more than is typical for the last week. I am staying within calories and keeping up with exercise but with all that is on my plate I am not going to stress out about being up a a quarter of a pound. :indifferent:0 -
