Pre-season Workout programs

So what kind of programs are you cyclists doing/following leading up to the cycling season? (I say season because here is the Northeast it is rather hard to bike with snow covered roads/trails).

I have been following SL 5x5 for the past 10 weeks. I like the program and I am seeing some great strength gains, but I am looking to switch up my routine to start getting my HR up and focus on endurance.

Any suggestions?!?

    Options
    Simple:

    10 min warmup
    20 min at sweet spot
    5 min recovery
    20 min at sweet spot
    10 min warm down
    Done.

    Repeat 5 Times a week until weather breaks.
