    Those side to side plank jumps sound dangerous!... maybe it's just how I'm invisioning it to work (looks like there might be some pics on how to, but they are not coming up on my work computer). Snowboarders and jump rope are out for me (no jumping til I get thing knee/ankle thing straightened out or I will be on the floor with an injury

    I can't see the pictures either. But I do most all that all the time. I'm sure I even have done side plank jumps. I found a new ap in the google store: +Z Workouts which is 70 pre-set up HIITs - all you have to do is push the start button. I love it! No setting up a timer and trying to figure out which exercises to do. I may have to YouTube a few of them as I'm not sure what some of them are but most are familiar.
