Week Five!

Hello Everyone!

We have reached week 5! Only 10 more weeks to go! I’m super excited about the progress everyone is making! I unfortunately do not have a leaderboard for you all, but I’m sure Linsey can post it when she returns. I don’t know about you guys, but my goal for this week is to stop Spencer, Jennifer and Doug from hogging the top three spots on the leaderboard. Please Join me in my mission!

With the long weekend ahead, I thought it would be appropriate to share this article I read on CNN health earlier this week about weekend weight gain and how studies show that it can sometimes help your long-term weight-loss goals. This is by no means an excuse to go crazy on the weekends, so I also thought I also would share this article I also read about filling snacks for weight loss to keep you in the zone!
