I was in the bathroom yesterday wearing a tank top before I put on my sweater, my 10 y.o. walks in, touches my tricep and says that...
What an awesome feeling! I am really starting to believe I could melt this fat off and look like some of you lovely ladies.
Still a long way to go, and having to modify for lack of proper equipment, but I feel hopeful ????

Isn't it the best when the kids notice your hard work? They don't beat around the bush and try to say things to make you feel good. When a kid takes notice it is awesome because you know it is the truth.0

I must admit, I understand those guys admiring themselves and their muscles in the mirror. I find myself doing the same thing when I'm alone, lol! The first time hubby came up behind me and put his arms around me and said "I feel your ribs!", felt pretty awesome!0 -
