lol - we did it again and posted at the same time. I'll copy/paste to yours and delete mine. We should put our superpower to good use.0

Good morning!
I have adjusted to this TDEE thing and feel so much better eating at 1600/day. I don't plan on stopping my fitness regimen, so knowing I can eat at this level to lose makes me feel much more optimistic about maintenance. Because of switching to TDEE, I had a bump on the scale - up as much as 4-5 lbs. But I did the math many times and knew my body would adjust (thanks Knit!). The scale is mostly back down and I am feeling better than I have in months. I knew this switch would hurt my challenge goal here for yet another week, but it is totally worth it.
SW: 169.8
Week 1: 172.8 and 168 exercise minutes
Week 2: 172.4 and 185 exercise minutes
Week 3: 169.8 and 250 exercise minutes
Week 4: 167.8 and 281 exercise minutes
Week 5: 166.4 and 224 exercise minutes
Week 6: 168.4 and 187 exercise minutes (well, that sucks!)
Week 6: 168 and 225 exercise minutes (working out is never a problem for me)
Week 7: 168.6 and 215 exercise minutes
Keep trucking, Anna. Being on the road is so difficult - you did pretty damn good. Better than I would have, for sure.0 -

Week 6: 225.0 lbs
Week 7: 223.6 lbs
Week 8: 221.0 lbs
A loss of 2.6 lbs this week. I finally might be able to start losing weight like I used to before the holidays. I made it to the gym 5 nights this past week; however this coming week I will only be able to get there 4 nights due to a company dinner I have to attend out of town.
Hope everyone else has had a great week and happy with their progress.0 -

GOAL ACHIEVED BEFORE ST. PATTY'S DAY!!!
This week has been challenging for me. I've struggled with exercising for some reason. May be it's because I am nearing maintenance weight and don't want to over due it. Still sticking to my healthy eating habits though. Congrats to everyone on your efforts and personal successes thus far! See you next week!0 -
Jen, I had seen that you had been on (I saw a comment on someone's status) and wondered even as I typed if I should wait a few minutes :-)0

OK. I got on the scale and lost the pound I had gained last week. That is good. Congrats to everyone for trying so hard and doing so well in sticking to it.0 -
I don't like seeing the group get smaller, but I'm glad you are all still here and posting! Congrats for that! Stay with me until the end - I may not make it, but I'm not going anywhere.
See you Saturday!0
