Hello dear challengers,
Since all of us are participating for a challenge that last around 3 months and some of us might get bored, lost their focus or what so ever can make them lazy from doing what the should be doing! Please write here what kind of thread you want me to post so all of us can participate and support each other!

I liked your "success and struggles" post, but threads tend to get so long and it is difficult to look back. How about, "success and struggles, week one." "Success and struggles, week two" etc. Do same theme per week?
I liked the question about "something we learned." That could be a weekly thing (or monthly, if you prefer), too. It would make it easier to look back if we don't have to sift through long threads.
I think you have done a great job!
I asked on the boards about what rewards people give themselves as they meet various goals. I treated myself to a new hairstyle when I hit 15 pounds!0 -
Hi Everyone! I just joined the group and just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a 35 year old stay at home mom, and my current weight is 213. My ultimate goal weight is 150. I was so excited to see this challenge, since 30 pounds is exactly the amount of weight I put on after my mother in law got sick and passed away. I've been stuck in a rut of depression and pretty much not living life to the fullest, but I'm done with that and ready to make the best of all the blessings in my life. I used to be really active and adventurous and am working to become that person again. Looking forward to getting to know you all better!0

My biggest problem is getting bored doing cardio, you can make a post about different cardio exercise0
