Everyone has been doing so well with the February Squat Challenge, that I thought we could focus on Abs for the month of March.

I'm in, that's been my primary focus after yoga, this will help keep me accountable.0

I'm in too--I do Jillian Michael s 30 Day Shred (I'm doing it for 90 days)
and on days of, I've been shoveling snow (for about 20/30 minutes each time)
so that's been some needed cardio. What is the Ab Challenge schedule?
I try to click on the calendar and it doesn't come up any bigger??
I am sticking with my goal of 25 lbs. weight loss by my son's first birthday, this June 12th. :-)0 -
