I'm beginning to think 6 days won't be enough for me to get the hang of this workout!
It's like I lost all sense of balance between week 1 & 2, lol. I'm stumbling all over the place (and not just on the stork poses either). The pendulum lunges with serving raises? I almost twisted my ankle. Side lunges with leg raise - is that even possible? Those strength moves in circuit 2 are killer too. I'm hanging in there, but I REALLY suck at week 2.
