    im am having to report staying the same, no loss, no gain.
    thought id have a decent loss this week with all the calories ive have burnt.
    But on the other hand i have eaten out most days, i thought i had logged properly but maybe i underestimated something.
    I have also had a really sore throat for the last week, been taking simple lunitus and lozenges, i have also logged these but maybe the fact that ive had a sore throat has caused me to stay the same.
    Obviously i am only guessing.
    I have however lost a further 1.5 inches from around my middle. so not all bad.
    But at the end of the day its not bad anyway, just disappointing when expecting as loss.
    I was determind to get to my first goal.
    Oh well next week it is then.
