Well it looks like there is no way to really post a picture. So we can just post links to a picture. You can use photobucket for free and upload a pic then click Get Link Codes. Then copy and paste the Direct link. If you have another way that is fine too!
The best thing to do if you already posted an intro is go find what you posted and click edit. Then just add in your picture link.

if we friend each other then we can post pics here on this site and just share them that way... as long as no one has a problem with new friends
