Hi, I'm brand new to MFP and so far I've really enjoyed (even if I've been horrified a day or two) being able to log activity and food intake. I'm 44 and have worked out at home for 30 years. It's always been about convenience for me. I love to work out, but don't want to make my kids get up early and go to daycare in a gym so I can get my fix. :smile: I do a lot of interval and tabata type videos and try to run 5, or so, miles on Sundays. I usually work out between 45 mins and 1 hour 15 minutes. I mostly use Cathe Friedrich videos b/c they area high intensity and she has great combinations of aerobics and strength training. The strength training is new to me, but I'm liking the results so far. I'm looking forward to being inspired by all of you.
