Since we keep forgetting to make new boards, I will make this a little early.

    I've finally started to consistently lose about 1 lb a week. But I have to stay around 1200 calories and keep my carbs/day under 100. I think what helped me was that I changed to a Paleo way of eating a little over a month ago. Prior to doing that I was not able to lose even if I kept my calories around 1200. I really think it's the carbs for me.
