I did Turbo Jam's PUNCH * KICK * JAM!!! (with weighted gloves) - i LOVE that workout. ♥ My heart Rate monitor isn't working so I have no idea how many cals I burned... but at least I got my sweat on this AM!! WHOOP ~ WHOOP!!

I'll be at our local track tonight, putting in my 2.5 miles. My goal is to walk a total of 18 miles this week (Sunday - Saturday), and I'm at 10.5 right now.0

I worked on my lower body today:
- 100 Squat Challenge from Fitness Blender
- 15 minute lower body barre workout from Blogilates
- A short series of squats and lunges from Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan from Leslie Sansone
- 20 minutes on my mini-stepper followed by 10 minutes of good stretching
My thighs, hips and behind are on fire! (In a good way - heh!)0 -
Daily Burn's Cardio Sculpt for me today. Everything below the waist hurts from yesterday's Butt, Hips and Thigh assault.0

I think I overdid it with a fitness blender workout yesterday (ow back hurts) so went for a loooonnnng walk- 2 hours whilst listening to Pride and Prejudice audio book. I might look into this Turbo Jam thing for tomorrow...!0

T25's Rip't Circuit and Body Revolution's Workout 7 with some old tunes from my junior high/high school years. Nothing like some NOFX for weight liffting!
And I have to add Blogilates, Zuzka Lite, and XHIT as far as my favorite youtube channels. Love Fitness Blender too. Just did the new Lake Yoga the other day!0 -
Hi I just joined this group as 90% of my exercise is at home. Thurs I just did a walk during a lunch break. I have another cold (3rd one this summer! ) so I'm trying to not push myself. I will be going for a jog tomorrow (Sat) after work.0
